Fun

Fun little shooter, but what is it a clone of? Touhou? Sure, there's the tiny hitbox, and the danmaku (kinda), but that's the only "ripoffs" I see

Very nice

I really like the balance that you've created, it's not a bullet hell game (and I'm kinda glad, there are way too many of those recently, props to you for not jumping on the bandwagon) but it definitely is not an easy game

My only problem with the game is that adding exp at the end of the level takes too long, it would be nice if you added a way to shorten that

It's definitely a nice change from the turn-based Epic Battle Fantasies (Not that they're bad games)

Is it a sign that I play too much Touhou that I started thinking of the waves of bullets as spellcards?

See, this is the problem with making sequels to amazing games...

This game isn't all that hard, it's just you people who played the sequel first are used to that, and expect this game to be just as easy, so really, it's not that the game is too hard, it's that you suck too much

This game does not suck, it was #1 on the portal for such a long time for a reason

Great for what it is

I mean, it's billed as an RPG, but it's really more of an interactive cutscene, not that there's anything wrong with that, I enjoyed it immensely

And for all you people who keep re-posting axman13's review, I say this:

Fun to play, and hilarious voice acting

I love the voice of the main character, and his shouted laments made me crack up

the gameplay was a little annoying, I would fly higher at times than at others, and that kinda messed the platforming up a bit, but otherwise, a solid minigame

One question though

Is it just me, or does upgrading the graphics make the game easier?

I didn't fail any missions after I fully upgraded the graphics
